Hope went into labor at the Brady Fish Market and gave birth to Shawn Douglas only a short time later at University Hospital. Bo fainted in the delivery room. Shawn Douglas was 7lbs. 6oz. and 21 inches long

Isaac was born to Hope, but was immediately adopted by Lexie and Abe Carver. Isaac and John Brady were switched in the hospital by Dr. Rolf, so baby Brady went home with Abe and Lexie and Marlo's baby went home with Hope and Bo.
